Trend/Profile Horses 8th April 2017
I have 2 trend/profile horses for today all running at Aintree, I am pleased with the way the meeting has gone so far and even if the 3 are unsuccessful we will have had a very profitable meeting after a 20/1 and 8/1 on Day 1 unfortunately Day 2 was not as successful with a Faller and one that was Pulled Up
13.45 Aintree WHATANIGHT (each way 14/1 Ladbrokes 1/4 1,2,3,4 or 11/1 SkyBet 1/5 1,2,3,4,5,6
The horse is well suited to large fields and in fields of 14 runners or more it reads: 1210 (The unplaced came after a short unconvincing spell over fences)
Both hurdle runs have come on soft ground this season and I do feel he is better suited to a firmer surface (which makes his second last time out a good run). On GTS or softer he has only won 1 from 7 whilst on good ground his record reads: 121.
His record on flat tracks reads:12 and when racing 16 to 60 days after last race: 131142

The horse does seem to like the warmer weather as record when racing in April to August reads: 11911, whilst he has only won 3 from 22 when racing at all times of the year
The horse goes well on this type of ground and on good or faster he has won 5 from 9 - his last run at Cheltenham where he was unplaced he was hampered at a crucial point in the race and could not recover
