SYSTEM 3

S BIN SUROOR AW horses up in trip

The trainer does well with his horses on the AW when they are upped in trip - very simple system following the KISS methodology

  • Track - All AW tracks except Kempton
  • Distance - Between 7f and 1m4f
  • Class - Between Class 1 and 5
  • Distance Moe - up 1.5f or more
  • LR track - Bath Catterick Doncaster Haydock Leicester Lingfield Newbury Newcastle Newmarket (Rowley and July) Nottingham Sandown Yarmouth Wolverhampton

23 winners from 31 runners (+49.85 points)

SYSTEM 2

Ralph Beckett - Wolverhampton AW

I had a quick look at this trainer on the AW and noticed one thing in particular, his record with his runners at Wolverhampton. I had a closer look and by following the following rules the trainer has over a 55%SR

  1. Race Type - Claimer, Maiden and Handicap Races
  2. Class of Race - Class 5 and 6 only
  3. Odds - 10/1 or less
  4. Jockey - FM Berry, J Crowley, P Dobbs, J Doyle, M Harley, R Kingscote, EJ McNamara, Seb Sanders

23 winners from 41 runners (+60.92 points)

NOTE - since the track changed to the tapeta surface he has had 10 winners from16 runners (6411112311141411) +27.75 points

SYSTEM 1 (added 3rd March 2017)

Phil from Split Second Ratings asked me to take a look at quick returners on the AW that had won or were placed in the first 4 on their previous run. Here are the system rules that I applied

Using the year 2012 onwards and the months October to March

  1. Track - Kempton, Lingfield, Southwell, Wolverhampton and Chelmsford
  2. Race Type - Claiming, Selling, Maiden and Handicap races only
  3. Age Restrictions -2-y-o, 3-y-o+ and 4-y-o+ races only.
  4. Odds - 5/1 or less
  5. Class Move - Same, Up 1, Down 1, 2 or 3 grades from previous race
  6. Days Since Run - 2 to 4 days
  7. Last Run (Finish) - 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th
  8. Last Run (Track) - Lingfield, Newcastle, Southwell and Wolverhampton
  9. 134winners from 323 runners (41.5% Strike Rate) +120.35 points

The system has been profitable every year since 2012 and the last 3 years the results have been as follows

    • 2015 - 25 winners from 52 runners (48%) + 36 points
    • 2016 - 15 winners from 32 runners (47%) + 22.6 points
    • 2017 - 8 winners from18 runners (44%) +9.89 points
