13.20 Mazyoun was very close to being selected here, I feel he will get beaten by 1 or 2 horses. Mojoto is a worthy favourite but I am happy to take this on today. Looking at the current prices FIREFRIGHT looks really good value if this one sticks around this price this could be a brilliant place only bet banker to set the day rolling.
13.50 I feel Battash is vulnerable here on class, I would take a stand on this horse being beaten today by something. I will also take a chance on the ratings and let that eliminate Muthmir. This leaves us with 3 fancied runners Tis Marvellous, Goldream. Alpha Delphini. Alpha Delphini lacks the class factor and would fall into the same category as Battash. I am left with Tis Marvellous and Goldream. Goldream ran pretty flat last time and was over 3 lengths behind Muthmir, this leaves a massive question mark for him. TIS MARVELLOUS has been unfancied on both his runs this season, he has run solid races without catching any eyes. We would need him to step up a little on these efforts to win here, but this will be my selection.
14.25. I have a dim view on this race and think this is a bookies benefit race. I will pick 2 for the placepot. George William & Rusumaart. The race makes me shudder,
15.00 Another race I have no great pull towards betting in. The best chance for me Queen of time. I think there are better bets today
15.35 BARNEY ROY looks to need to beat Cliffs of Moher. I think Barney has a little more improvement in him and will run a good race here today
16.10 NEARLY CAUGHT. This is my idea of the best bet of the day @ Sandown, this drop in class looks ideal and he must be the horse to beat here
