I am very keen on Novice Chasers that show real ability. Last time out here @ Worcs King Alfonso did just that. He was never given an easy time in his race with Azzuri and McCabe Creek, who were all in a line a few furlongs from home. It would have been very easy for The King to have downed tools and settled for a very decent 2nd place. Instead what was witnessed was fast accurate low speedy jumps, it is quite possible Dai Burchell has a horse here that he could shake up some big scalps with on premium tracks. Before he can start thinking about that, he needs to win this race today and I cannot believe that 9/2 is available.
