Izzathatright Looks the One to Beat in the Doha Dukhan Sprint

There are many familiar UK sprinters in this race including Intisaab,Caspian Prince and Final Venture, but it’s the former Nigel Tinkler and Richard Fahaey trained Izzathatright that is the one to beat.
Izzthatright looked progressive when based in England despite not being that highly rated, but since moving to Doha under the care of Jassim Mohammed Ghazali he has become formidable. He has won this race for the last two years and his final start of last season was his most impressive by far, winning by 3 lengths. In his 9 starts in Doha he has won 7 and finished second the other twice.
He is making his first start since April last year but he has won on his seasonal debut both times in Doha so the break isn’t such a big negative with home-field advantage. At the time of writing only Coral seem to be putting up prices for this event but at 7/2 he rates as the bet here, rated second best in the market behind the David O’Meara trained Intisaab.
